Our Centre provides well balanced nutritious meals based on the recommendations from the dietary guidelines for children and adolescents in Australia and feed Australia.
MONDAY
Macaroni and cheese with mixed greens
Morning tea: English muffins
Afternoon tea: Sandwiches (ham, cheese and vegemite)
TUESDAY
- Lasagne with potato, pumpkin and broccoli
- Morning tea: Toast
- Afternoon tea: Blueberry Muffins
WEDNESDAY
- Tuna Mornay and Rice with potato, pumpkin and cauliflower
- Morning tea: Toast
- Afternoon tea: Fresh fruit salad and yoghurt
THURSDAY
- Spaghetti bolognaise with potato, pumpkin and peas
- Morning tea: Fruit loaf
- Afternoon tea: Sandwiches (ham, cheese and vegemite)
Friday:
- Roast chicken and gravy with roast potato, pumpkin and broccoli
- Morning tea: Toast
- Afternoon tea: Damper with cheese and chives
Late afternoon snack:
Peckish Vegetable biscuits with cheese, sultanas and dried apricots
Fruit with all meals, water and milk with morning and afternoon tea.
Water is offered all through the day with all meals.
Water stations are set up in all the rooms and outside with easy access for children.
